What file to Edit Park Visitor's Comments? *Answered*

Hello, everyone. I just joined yesterday and I have a question. Can somebody please tell me what is the file to edit to change the Park's Visitors' comments? I tried to look into every file, but I couldn't find any that has the dialogue that the visitors use. Thank you very much for any help.

Edit 1: I figured it out. I have to go to Locales and open up "Eng.txt" to edit Visitor's comments with notepad. I couldn't read it at first since I was editing files on the Xbox. Thanks anyways.
