I haven't fully tested this yet so I'm pretty sure I'm in the right topic

In Constant.ini I found a line that reads:

VisOffRoadSickDeathChance = 0.9;

I changed it to 0;
I'm pretty sure by the name of it people will no longer die of exposure which is great for making JPOG movies

Like I said I haven't completely tested this yet so please give some feedback!
