I need HELP with Skinning PLEASE

I've searched and followed many skinning tutorials but when i open the game it is fine until i choose misions, exercise, site b and operation genesis. What i do when skinning is skin, open dds and tml in hex editor, click find, type 44 44 53 20, click enter, find next (until chosen dino header) copy everything from the dds, paste.

That's it right?
I'm pretty sure i did everything right, please help me i wanna make dinosaur king skins.

Also do you also have to replace the .16tml? ex: dinos_chenini16.tml

RULE #1!
You do not type anything unless you do MST, if you just want to change skin then you just copy the DDS hex then put it in It's appropriate place in the TML. YOU DON'T TYPE ANYTHING

DDS1 Charcha dead
DDS2 Charcha alive NOTE: must be Dxt5 from Paint.net
DDS3 raptor dead to find the DDS Ctrl+F then type DDS, you must count how many
DDS4 raptor alive DDS you have been to. paste the skin DDS (make sure it is over
DDS5 rex dead written not piled)
DDS6 rex alive
