A Little Skinning Problem.... Could Anyone Help?

I have a little problem with skinning, first i convert my skin to dds in DDS CONVERTER 2.1 and then put it in to the hex editor, when i copy the dds and paste it into tml, i notice that dds is too big and it covers the part of next skin and then its not working...is there some problem in the converter? can someone plzz help me??

then when i save the tml on the desk, when i drive it again through the Convert CCT and there comes pictures and there's no names of those, only numbers, i've heard someone about some edit button and i should press there some "spesial paste" or else........ any suggestions?

I was so close to the end of skinning but some little problem crashes my dreams! NOOo!!!

I personaly don't like DDS converter. Open up your bitmap in Paint.net, and save it as a dds. Make sure the extension is DTX5.
