I found a TML builder on MG by MastaFoo69. Here it is:

What is it?

It's not mine, but it bulids the TML for you! You select the digsite, put the links to the skins, put the name of the output file, and walla!
It looks like this:

This solves most of my skinning problems for the tml files!
