Skin Problems

Hello , I've got a Big Skin Problem!
I want to a Stegosaurus Skin in Game.
When i open the morrison__a.tml with the ConvertCCT There are the Skins.
I ADD the Skins with GIMP 2 and save the skin as bmp file.
Than i open the bmp with DDS Converter 2 and change it to a dds file.
Than i open Hex-Editor MX and open morrison_a.TML and Stego.DDS.
I copy the DDS File and open than the TML.
I scroll under to : Cerato
_______________.........
_______________Dryo...
_______________.........
_______________Stego.
Than i push FIND and look at 44 44 53 20.
And I'm by the first skin.
The Die Skin of the Stego.
Than i puth FIND NEXT and I'm by the Live Skin of the Stego!
And than i put past!
And than when i want to open the file with DDS there is nothing.
No Skins and when in Play the Game there is all godd but when i open the morrison digsite the GAME CRASH!!!
NEED HELP!!!PLEASE!!!!!!

I'm pretty sure you did something wrong...
Did you save your skin into a DXT5 format?

Don't use a converter (except the one for extracting skins). There is a Gimp pluging able to save files into DDS format. And you must choose DXT5

Or make a Video how do you put a stego skin in game!
Than i must know how do you skin!

I can't make videos, I don't have a camera. Just follow my tutorial. Write "Gimp DDS plugin" and download the plugin

OK and come on by Cheat box
