Milkshape for JPOG

Alright well, i heard you could import JPOG files into milkshape, but i wanna know a few things first.
At the MS site, they have multiple Milkshapes to download. What one do i download? Also, they have a lot of plugins. What one do i want? Third of all, how do i get a JPOG model into MS and do i have all the animations with it as well (as in, i cycle through animation sets and look through them frame by frame)?

Alright never mind the above. But i have a new question. How do i get the TMD into MS? There is a Playstation TMD importer, but it keeps giving me this warning that says "Wrong Header"! Help plz!
