MULTIPLE TORNADO MOD/ DINO IN TORNADO MOD

I have recently been working on when you do the "dial a twister" cheat, 2 (i dont know how many i want)

I need help i have been testing, and so far, when you do the cheat, there is TWO tornado warnings, but they start in the same place, so I am screwing around with their path directions.

THIS IS MY FIRST MOD, SO I MIGHT NEED HELP ON HOW TO LET PEOPLE DOWNLOAD IT

so far, all I have done is create a way for a Dryo Model appear in the center of the Tornado, and its fugure faces where the tornado does! im putting up a tutorial, because you cant JUST change the model to do this, you have to overwrite stuff but it will be in the tutorial.
