Jpog Exe Optimizer

Hi someone else posted this on Modding Genesis in 2008 but the link is dead
The person who posted the topic before said it fixed a lot of lag & CTD problems & Also Improves games Speed & Smoothness & Higher FPS For Jpog & Other Games
I posted on here aswell as 2 other jpog forums.
