You must have:
1.GIMP
2.Dino Skin Texture
3.Hex Editor
4.ConvertCCT
Use GIMP to make dino skin
Or you can try other mod step at https://jurassicmods.darkbb.com/t2027-how-to-make-dinos-modded-yourselves?highlight=how+to+make+a+mod
or try to search in Youtube or Google
