Problem with my skin!

I created another skin but I can't get it ingame. I seen all the tutorials and followed the steps carefully but I can't the skin ingame. I save my edited TML and drag it onto Convert CCT and it said ConvertCCT stopped working! The names of the TMl that came out was like: -6, -6_opa whatever. Can someone tell me what to do?

It was a T-rex skin. I save it as a DDS file. I opened up the TML and the skin in Hex Editor. It pressed Clt+F and typed in 44 44 53 20 and chose Hex Byte as the tutorial said. I pressed F3 and pasted my new skin but when I save it, the TML ends up like what I said in my first post. Can someone help?

This is taking forever...

1. Is your skin TRULY a DDS file when you open it with Hex Editor?
2. Is your skin the same reslolution as the original skin?
3. Do you consider putting new skin into ORIGINAL .tml again?

Can't help you if you simply did everything good.

You could also try MasterFoo's TML Tools. However for that you must make a DDS for every other skin as well as your new one.

yes I can, so what? only one week! nobo!

1. ConvertCCT site you want to edit
2. Delete other skin .bmp that not you want to edit
3. Ex we want to edit t-rex skin...
4. Open trex.bmp with Adobe Photoshop or other image editor that can save with .DDS format
5. Save with format DXT5 interpolated alpha,2D texture,no MIP MAP
6. Open dinos_judith_river b and Trex.DDS with HxD
7. Go to trex dds,Select all then copy it
8. Go to HxD find 44 44 53 20 Hex type
9. Next, press F3 then paste write

Oh 1 question did you try MST with site that you want to edit ? ? ?
Its recommended to backup before trying MST
