Simple question. This should be in "Site Help". I'll move it for ya.
Download whatever mod you would like to use, unzip it using WinRAR or WinZip, take the file, drag it to your JPOG folder, click "yes to all" (to replace old files) and walla, it's inserted.

You can also edit models of a dinosaur by using a 3d model software editor that can open tmd files
