I came up with a new way the Earth will end! So, factories pump a super dense as into the atmosphere, and the air pressure of the earth increases 100 fold, and we are all crushed flat.

This is Sorta reviving an old topic but its worth it.

Scientist predict that life will exist on earth for apprx 500 million more years because thats how much longer the Sun will last
but There is A planet that is similar to earths in a different system that could possibly be habitable the only problem with that planet is its massive greenhouse effect(I forgot whatn its called just google life on other planets etc)

I found this Extract I hope it will explain

The sacred Aztec calendar is properly called the Eagle Bowl. It represents the solar deity Tonatiuh. The amazingly accurate calendar has been in use in various forms for more than 2,000 years. A Zapotec prophecy, based on the Eagle Bowl, states:

The Mayan calendar is divided into Seven Ages of Man. The fourth epoch ended in August 1987. The Mayan calendar comes to an end on Sunday, December 23, 2012. Only a few people will survive the catastrophe that ensues. In the fifth age, humanity will realize its spiritual destiny. In the sixth age, we will realize God within ourselves, and in the seventh age we will become so spiritual that we will be telepathic.

The world will end eventually Stars have a complex life chart eventually the sun(being a star) will compact and explode.

Its just the life of a star thats all but like i said the sun most likely to have another 500m years left until the changes start

This whole 2012 scare is just a load of bull. I mean come on, what could possibly anilate the earth that fast without showing no signs before hand?! It's not global warming becasue it hasn't fully arrvied yet. I highly dobut aliens from another planet will come down to wage war with us. And if there was a metor or comet comming towards Earth we'd know already. Robots aren't that far advanced for them to take over the world, and there isn't a star big enough around us to blow up and casue a Super Nova. The sun isn't dieing anytime in our lives so that's out for 2012. Sun storms aren't powerful enough to anilate the planet and there's no sign of any global freezing on the horizin for 2012. My point, every theory of Earth being anilated in 2012 are exhasuted. Meaning it can't happen meaning we shouldn't worry about a "End of the World" date that has been put forth by a calendar that was made by a race of people who died out of existance without leaving much avidence(The Myans). And if the world is going to end it won't happen anytime in our lives it'll probably happen sometime like a few billion or million years from now.
