Skinning Buildings Empty Skinning Buildings

I have the DDS and TML ready, and opened them up in HHD Hex Editor Neo, but I don't know where in the TML the building is. Any help please?

To be honest with you, all I think I need to know is the header under which the skins are stored for buildings.
