For a first skin, it is kinda simple.....You just used a filter. (CS4 is coming out! I can't wait to use it!)

It has potential, but, no offense, it would look weird ingame.....sorry.

This skin is really simple. I could make it in seconds using a paint.net tool. But I won't criticize you 'cos I haven't made a skin yet.
