Re: Novel Canon Mod
So,guys what is the current progress? What is finished so far? Wait a minute, hold on..hold on....yes! I forgot something. What about the aviary and the Les Gigantes restaurant?? How will you do that?
procompsognathus101- Velociraptor
Re: Novel Canon Mod
Les Gigantes will just replace the kiosk, we might change the model.Aviary is not really possible.

Re: Novel Canon Mod
Well, you could just reskin the fence to make it look like the aviary in the novel, you know...Les Gigantes will just replace the kiosk? That is better.Last but not least, raptors rule, clonehunter, anyone that is an NCM member(!),please tell me what to mod so that the compies will be right sized, please!!
procompsognathus101- Velociraptor
Re: Novel Canon Mod
If you want to know the compy mod, ask Srgt Angel on how he did, he might help you. Its not like every NCM member knows how it is made.

Re: Novel Canon Mod
Ok,well actually I can't get to MG. It is said the site cannot be displayed..But can you tell him at MG that I want to know for me? it is ok if you can't...

Re: Novel Canon Mod
Ok then, but I think it said that I have to ask permission from my dad if I am under 13 years old,and I am.I will try.

Re: Novel Canon Mod
No, I will just give it to you (It is no secret anyway.), I'll P.M. it to you later.

Re: Novel Canon Mod
thanks a lot! Oh and I should say that microceratops was just as small as a compy, you know, and apatosaurus grew much longer than a camarasaurus, and lastly(don't mean to repeat it all over again with the ourano with the sail removed) Hadrosaurus,Camptosaurus, and Ouranosaurus were the same size!
Ouranosaurus - 7.9 metres
Hadrosaurus - 7.9 metres
Camptosaurus - 7.8 metres
(From the most updated encyclopedia about dinosaurs)
That is why I suggested using Ourano with the sail removed for hadrosaurus(and I don't care wether or not it will leave a hole).
Iguanodon was also the same size as an Edmonto,so Ourano was not good for it..
And can you do me a favor, can you still use Kentrosaurus for the Mussaurus?but for the adult only, the dryo is accurate for the juvenile,as I said adult mussaurus grew as big as a kentrosaurus.

Re: Novel Canon Mod
Uh, no. There are enough MSTs', I don't even think the game will hold so many of them. But uh, no there would not be one more MST or I would just give up.

Re: Novel Canon Mod
Actually,I am saying that the dinos in the NCM 2.0,the camptosaur which you used edmonto, iguano from ourano, hadro from cory, mussaurus from dryo(juvenile is ok,but not adult),ain't really nearly as close to the "true" animal( camptosaurus just replaced microceratops accidentally, iguano was just in the novelletes, but the hadro and mussaurus juvenile were the same to science as Crichton depicted them, but the mussaurus adult was too freaking small,it should be the size of a kentrosaur). So could you just use your mussaurus from NCM 1.0 as the adult, and the one from 2.0 as the baby?
procompsognathus101- Velociraptor
Re: Novel Canon Mod
Well, doesn't the name of this mod give you an idea what we are doing? We are not trying to make it like real life, we are trying to make it like the novels'.The Mussaurus in the novel was very small, not the size of a Kentrosaurus.
raptors rule- Carnotaurus
Re: Novel Canon Mod
Wait,oh yes you are right, infact I remember someone in JPL said that the mussaurus group in TLW novel were either miniaturized adults or just undeveloped infants, that's why they modded the name to be Mussaurus Patgonicus "Vergrandis".
procompsognathus101- Velociraptor
Re: Novel Canon Mod
Ah, the smell of victory... Exactly, and if you have ever read TLW all the Dinosauria were not big, they never met full growth.I am guessing cause there were too many Carnivores.Which also DX might be involved with that.
raptors rule- Carnotaurus
Re: Novel Canon Mod
Yup,you are absolutely right. Also, are you gonna MST the velociraptor male and female like in NCM 1.5?
procompsognathus101- Velociraptor
Re: Novel Canon Mod
We never did, the other one was Dein. Not Velociraptor. And no we are not MSTing them male and female.
