evreything is - black?

I've had JPOG for over a year now and i still cant get the reflected water and the grass effects to work. when i do turn them on in the options menu and the settings/paramaters menu that opens when the game starts, evreything is black besides the water (the effect is NOT working) and the ground. I really like this game and i really want the cool effects to work. Can some one please help me?

no it never worked. when i first got the game every thing was black so i went into the read-me and it said to change these things in the settngs/paramaters so i did and i got color in the game but the grass and water effect did not work.

You don't have a good enough graphics card.

Problem solved. Dis should be locked. ANYWAY, this shoulda gone in site help, so whoever locks this could put it in the Site Help section.
