Okay, nice start, very nice start! 
The colors resemble the bull rex a little, but it makes it very realistic(The rex could blend in with the jungle). However, my only advice, add a little bit more elaborate color scheme(You know add some random molting here and there) and make the texture more pronounced and it'll be great

Cool! it looks like it could very nice in with the jungle and could be a cool skin for one of the G.E.P mods on MG
