WELL to take in in game screenshot you must use FRAPS. just google it. its a software to enable you to take in-game pics.

to put it on the site, open your picture that youv taken, make a post, click on HOST AN IMAGE (the pic on the post editor with a green box with a blue box in it) and upload your image.
