Mod Recommendations

I just recently bought Jurassic Park Operation Genesis. I have seen some of the mods that are out there and Im quite impressed. I was wondering, what mods should I get for Operation Genesis? I am also not very familiar with modding so I will need it explained to me. I have heard of an Indominus Rex mod, a graphics increase, and several other mods including structure and visitor mods. I want the best experience for this game and it seems modding it can help with that.
