Should jackmills be appealed?

Ok I saw Jackmills' posts and it looked like he was acting like kuledud3 a youtuber who does minecraft and also spamming. I see it looks like he is banned. BUT... There is something since his ''ban'' he has been getting better on JPLegacy. So once my ban is over on the 13th I will message him if you unban him. Can you please unban Jackmills? -Jfgoofy P.S.
