Are there any "tourist skins" made?

Well the title is pretty self explanatory.
I searched here around to see if there was any skin to alter the awfull abominations that are supposed to be human beings in the game, but I couldn't find any, even after double checking.
You may stone me to death if there is an obvious post about it that I just didn't notice, but anyway, could anyone tell me if such skins exist, and if "yes" could he show me where to get them?

Yes and try a tutorial on how to skin dinosaurs it also does the same with the other stuff you mentioned but different!!!!

If I didn't suck so badly using photoshop or any image manipulating program I woul definetely do it x). But till then I will rely on other peoples capacitys :p. If I tryed to skin instead of giving things a much detailed/realistic aspect I would simply create things so ugly I would probably want to puke each time I'll see them walk around in game xD
