How do you delete a mod?

Hello I'm T-Raptor and I wanna know how you deleted a mod (ex. GEP) I don't want the GEP anymore and would like a new mod. Btw I'm new here and I think this is the right topic. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Yeah, I finally figured it out. But now I'm having trouble installing mods ugh.

? When I go to download something, it will go to my download tab. But when I try to open/save it Adobe says it's detached or not supported.
