whenever i start a new park or try to go into site B, the loading bar goes halfway through and then the game crashes and closes. Can anyone help me with this?

Probably your data files aren't complete.
Try to redownload data files

note: if you think its only 1 time to run this program it doesnt work that way so when you want to play you must run the program every time

My advice for that is to re-install the game. It happened to me once. I re-installed it, good as new.
