Blender - is it safe?

i want to make a dino animation and was wondering if blender is safe and easy

Blender is free and yes it is safe if downloaded from the main site. I have downloaded it before and it won't give you a virus

You should check out creativecrash.com for some free models,there are a few dinosaur ones there.Also if you are just playing about with animation try Daz3d and poser (trial).There great fun and easy to learn and play about in.
