Is it possible to skin the water to make it a different colour or reflective for people with crappy Graphics cards???

Modding Genesis is not falling apart. The only way to change the way the water looks is to edit the particles.

I Know where spamming but it is falling apart there best Modder Just Left and others are leaving aswell

I highly doubt you can change the water color.
Just try to upgrade your graphics card. But don't do that JUST for JPOG, because then it's definitely NOT worth it!

I looked in the terrain files and it is possible but it would take a long time theres so many water files.

I run JPOG of my laptop OK Ive got an X3100 the irony is i can get everything on high i just need a better processer and More RAM anyway
