You need The Zoo tycoon 2 T-Rex skin in modding genesis.
P.S. Don't assume I stole it from modding genesis. This is my first mod.

original author of the Albino T-Rex and the ZT2 Skins & Sounds Pack. The above user, Ernesto, has taken my skin and used it to make a new dinosaur without my permission!

You can get both of the original skin packs at Modding Genesis.
