@Raptor X: yeah, these are FREE avatars but i didn't said that people can use them on banners.

because banners are easy to make, but it takes time and skill to skin, so you should always ask the creator of the skin's permission to use it for any sort of unofficial advertising, eg. banners, avatars etc...
