I can't put skins in game.

Hello, my problem is that i can't put skins in game.
I want to make a gallimimus skin as example.
I open dinos_flamingcliffs.tml with CCT converter and edit the galli.bmp with GIMP2.
After edit the skin i open the galli.bmp with DDS converter and convert it to DDS DX5t.
Now i open dinos_flamingcliffs.tml and galli.dds with hex editor.
I select all the galli.dds file and copy that.
Now i open dinos_flamingcliffs.tml and scroll down.
there is galli,homalo and raptor.
So: dead raptor, raptor, dead homalo, homalo, dead galli, galli
I open find and write the number 44 44 53 20 down. (hex bytes!!)
Than i go to the last the galli and i replace that.(past!!)
Now when i start game it crashs!
What did i wrong?!?!
Please answer!!

try the maltib again in the cct converter
If it works normally, then the maltibs okay
If not, then you did something wrong

What did i do wrong?

Which hex editor do you use?

The same, that Gozillaman use in his tutorial.

WWDM. Maybe you can just rely on me to put em ingame. I can do it. BTW: The Plateo skin is put ingame!

Huh...Cause I made that Ornitholestes myself. Aw shucks, thanks RSR!

Actually, what I did was clone the steg's model, rename it to kentro, then put WWDM's plateo skin and a new plateo dead skin in the tendaguru tml, then change the cloned steg model's skin code from stego to kentro. And..voila! That's what it shows in the pic. But the info was done before all of the above. That Ornitholestes is a Dilopho scaled WWD Ornitholestes Skin.....wonder what WWDM will think of it.

But there is a problem.
My skin.
The colur between head and body isn't good.
Can you edit that.
I doesn't looks real.
