Firstly, work on your grammar.
Secondly, if its retired, you cannot download no matter what. Try asking the creator for the file, in this case Jfrog I assume.

Jfrog is the one who made that.You could PM him,but he's not here right now,and didn't you double post on this thing?I thought that's a case of spamming.
