Exactly what the title states, you got any?

And get back to MG making fun of our advertisements? I think not. Making a video no longer works. What are we supposed to say? "14 members and dying! Join now!"


So a video is out of the question.


Our forum isn't as big anymore, so taking the time to switch to HD would be a waste.

I go on youtube regularly, search for anyone who has made a JPOG vide, and eMail them an invitation. It usually doesn't work. It worked on 1 member, though. ^_^

I suggest we go to MG, and filter out some of the newbs there. Yea, I know , horrible idea and this will end up on the noob topic there, but at this point, I could give a damn less. Look for anyone who has a question on MG, PM them and answer their question. After they thank you, ect, ect, you give them a 'special' invitation to here. Ta-da. It is very important you make their acquaintance. The only reason I even stayed here as long as I did is because andrew, the only member I knew closely, was here. After that, everyone else kept me here in general. That is exactly what we need to do to any newcomers.


And not all noobs stay noobs. Just look at me. You can ask andrew , I was a maajorrr noob. But I came here and got my bearings on forums. Let some new members at MG do the same. Here is my project to help the forum.

BE NICE TO NEW MEMBERS! Odds are, if you treat them like a newb, they'll stay that way. Treat em like a spammer, they'll stay that way. Look at all the crap we could have avoided if we actually just talked to draco instead of flaming him to a crisp.

I am making a re-direct list. Here is how it will work.

After you go to MG or somewhere and invite someone, you go to the Members Redirected List and put their username on MG.

They will most likely join with that same username. Once they do join, alert me or one of the Admins, and you will get 1 rep from each of us. That's 3 reps. ON top of all the other members of the site thanking you with rep points.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!
When you invite a member, tell them your username here, and tell them to immediately PM you to let them know you joined.


Like, andrew, you are Triassic Rex on MG, right? When you invite someone, let them know that on this site your username is Andrew, so they know who to PM.

Well personally actually, I would go to the ying site first and see what I could do. But thats just me.

maybe some new colors that are easy on the eyes?the current colors are like going snow blind!

Part of the problem with specialist forums is they are in too much of a Niche, move away from being JPOG specific, turn to other JP/Dino Games, don't be Mod specific, become a JP/Dino game review site on the side, and put in as much info about dinosaurs as possible, at least 1 new news topic with atleast 500 words (copy and paste if needbe) the more Different info you have on the site the more it will come up on google searches.

The goal would be to be hit when anyone searches for Dinosaur, Jurassic ect.

We could have a contest for everyone if they wish to do it that is.It can be everything.About Jurassic park.Drawlings or paintings of work about it,Or just simply mods.The owners of the website can judge and whoever wins.Gets a prize or winner of the week.
