Site B - Enabling Command Orders

Hi all,

Anyone knows how to enable "Command Orders" in Site B?

I mean the sub-menu with the "hand" which allows you to toggle emergency mode for example. Or the sub-menu where you can order a ranger to sedate a dinosaur/move a dinsaur, etc.

Most mission files have this line in the "disable functions" section:
.featuredisable "Command_Orders"

but its not there in SiteB.msi...

Has anyone done this before??

... and YES, I try AFTER I've built the requisite buildings (like the Ranger Depot).
