Grass Skinning Tutorial

Hello

I want to post this tutorial to any JPOG modder who want to Edit Grass. its easy to do!

Material (Software require) :

Adobe Photoshop or Paint.NET

---

GIMP 2

---

Image References (recommendation)

I'll start from searching Image Reference :

1. Take photo of your Grass or any place
I get this idea directly. Use your cellphone and takeshot from it. Take from frontside not to upperside

2.Search
Just Search from Internet with size 256x256 px or above it

How to make :
1.Copy Grasstype1.tga, Grasstype1_128.tga, Grasstype1_64.dds, Grasstype1low_128.dds, Grasstype1_128.dds and Grasstype1_256.dds to your folder that you like

2.Open Grasstype1_256.dds with Adobe Photoshop, DON'T SKIN AT THIS PART!!!, just save as tga format

3.Open Grasstype1_256.tga that before you save from.dds with GIMP

4.Draw your grass, after done erase background because if you not erase your grass will be like square.

5.Save as Grasstype1.tga, Replace it and Save as again with name Grasstype1_128 tga,Replace it.

6.Exit GIMP and open Grasstype1_256.tga with Photoshop

7.Save as with name Grasstype1_64.dds,Replace it. Save as again with name Grasstype1low_128.dds, Replace it. Save as again with name Grasstype1_128.dds, Replace it and Save as again with name Grasstype1_256.dds, Replace it

8.Select all EXCEPT Grasstype1_256.tga

9.Put it in your JPOG/Data/Terrain folder
