An ENTIRE skin pack???

im looking for something like the GEP texture pack, where i can get some real quality skins by just replacing all the .tms files and NO dinosaur will be left with thier boring default skin. i read a little bit about how you could accomplish using the .dds method, but just thinking about doing this with each individual skin gives me a headache, i dont even fully understand the task at hand for doing that.

maybe a great skinner has already released .tms files for every formation and im not seeing it, or something similar such as some1 finding a good mix of different skinners packs for each formation as to replace each skin ?????
