Megaraptor Competition

This is Jurassic Mods first Competition. The Megaraptor Competition. Here are the requirements:
*Must be bigger than the normal Raptor (Like ceratosaurus or Allo)
*Must Act like a raptor(Jump on prey etc.)
*Must have a new skin
*Must be a whole new Dino

PRIZE: You will be the first person to be part of our new rank: PROFSIONALL MODDER/SKINNER and, your best screen shot will be the rank image.

You can't. You find a large carnivore and make it into a megaraptor. (I used ol' rexy)

ahh.okie.do i have to edit the whole ini of the megaraptor i make?
ahh. question ,do i need to mess with the .nwt and the .inx files?
and do i have to do the Multi Skinning? and the creature? should it be named megaraptor? on screen? or just raptor.
sorry if im asking a lot.this would be my first time joining and making a new dino.
