skinning help

im a bit of a noob in skinning ive already made a skin but im having trouble getting it back into the game im using hex editor neo ive done all of it and saved it. ive put it back into my jpog matlibs and then i try it but my game crashes. . im using this tutorialhttp://modgenesis.hostingdelivered.com/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=3124#p65587

nevermind i got it into the game but i still have a problem my skins teeth have this awful green stuff around its teeth from the skin backround.
if someone could show me how to get rid of that i would apreciate it thx . and soz for double post

I can fix it, (as I said above I'm busy), but ok I guess I have sometime to do it.
