No unless you have the FCM and to get that you must go to JP legency to get male and female with that pack go into options and change resolution to 16 bit for male 32 bit for female but no there is no way of doing male female dinos.

Unless you MST, but then they act as different species

Or you could just get FCM multiples

Do you mean male like real male? Because it's impossible to make a real male in the game. We can just call it a male, though. If that's what you meant.
