HEY THIS IS MY RED TIGER heli skin BLUE TIGER SOON WHEN I Figure OUT HOW TO GET THE VEHICLE SKINS but i dont know how to get it in-game anyone here knows

No, it's fine. He is asking a question. I was the one to tell him to make it here.
He want's to know if anyone can put a Vehicle skin ingame, and if so, can they put that .dds file in game.

Yep. If you wan't, I'll convert it back to a image real quick with .DDS Converter 2, so you know what it looks like.
