Need help with a computer

Ok I am getting a new computer but don't know whitch to get so I need help this is all I need in it.
1.It needs to work with JPOG
2.I want it to have all high grafics on JPOG ya now refective water all of it high I want it
3.I don't want it to be slow on high grafics
4.If you can make sure it is under $1,000 and under $500 would be better
So if you have one or know one what has those needs can you tell me were to get it thnk you remember I only have till christmas!!!

In these days most new computers can run JPOG on high, even the cheap ones.
