Is it possible to download a program that makes your graphics better and have reflective waters on? Question confused

Nothing that is free... There is some hardware that improves visual capability of your pc, but that would cost anywhere between 40 and 400, so try looking around eBay.

Yes, the only way to increase graphics resolution/quality on your PC is to get a better graphics card (one that has at least a 1600 X 1200 resolution) and a monitor that can display such a resolution.

However, I would not buy an expensive graphics card or even a cheap one if it is just for one game/program....even for JPOG, it's not worth the money.

You can turn on your reflective water in your set up panel if that helps. Smile

That will automatically be disabled due to a low-quality graphics card.

we already established that that isn't working, I would not waste money on a graphics card for a game. I think this guy (who made the topic) needs to give up. This has been answered, so if he wants a graphics card, shoot for a birthday or christmas gift.
