Nice way to keep a nice site running. 
Anyways, the yway I do it is by copying it and pasting it in the matlibs folder. I usally do it a 2nd time, in case not all of it didnt work.

If its a skin, maybe the TML wich has the skin is in 16 bits format and your configuration is in 32 bits, try putting all the TMLs at the same bits
