Re: changing skins
Nope. You cannot open model files, that is all. You could convert it to a notepad file, but all in all it is just a gibber jabber of random code.
Question answered. Locking topic. PM me, spinozillaman, if you want it to be unlocked.
Also, use better grammar and spelling please. I can understand if you speak another language, but try your best to use proper English.

Re: changing skins
A model file can be opened with a Hex Editor (you can find them at http://download.cnet.com/) but it will display binary code, which is a mixture of 0s and 1s. You can edit the file by changing some of the 0s to 1s and 1s to 0s, but you'll need to change a lot to see significant changes, such as changing the positions of the joints, of which the angles are controlled by different mixtures of binary code.
Windows Explorer cannot be used to open .tmds with Hex Editors. You must go to your preferred Hex Editor and then open the file from there if you want to edit the binary.
In other words, RR was incorrect.

Re: changing skins
LOL. That's what I meant. A bunch of code. A newbie can't really do much with that, and the Hex Editor cannot really edit the model. Nice point, though.

Re: changing skins
It's really simple. All you need to do is do some random number changes (0 to 1, 1 to 0) and then you could have a joint in a different place. You could even change the shape of the model completely if you change enough numbers. Once you've made a few edits and observed the test bar on the side (if there is one) you gain an understanding of how it works and how you can change joints or shapes.
And the Hex Editor can edit the model. The Hex Editor is the only tool thatcan edit models efficiently and re-import them to JPOG.
Please try it out, spinozillaman. It'll probably be the answer to your question.
