Anyways, that is why I believe the plates were connected, although no one knows for sure whether or not the continents were.

But they were, millions and millions of years ago, Pangea.

you know about the land mass that connected the philippines to borneo? that is one evidence that some of the continents we're connected.

They are still moving apart, the atlantic is widening by about 1 inch a year. They were all connected, sediment confirms it.

Couldn't have put it better myself. I also learned that that The somalian plate (Africa's horn) is breaking off from africa and moving towards India, and Greece is heading towards north africa. All from that slow moving "Lava"
