Cool story. I hope them to be alive but for anyone to discover it, because if someone discovers this lizard then we will hunt it to extintion.

The use of the word EVER is not correct, in my view. I think it may have taken at a scrap with a human a couple of times, I mean humans probably weren't its main target, but it probably attacked one every now and then.
