To All Who Plan on Creating a Skin Pack

Please, if you want to start one, think it over thoroughly. I'm getting sick and tired of all the skin packs that have "Deleted" in the topic title. I don't mind if you make one, just please make sure you are going to follow through on it. Thank you for your cooperation.
