It was every sky file in a ppm. file format. I didn't realize what it was but i said what the heck and opened it with the DDS Converter. To my surprise i seen newer higher quality sky! No joke. So I first changed them all over to DDS. files renamed them but the game crashed. So i went back and realized these files are bigger. So i copied the sky files onto the original sky template and then ...
