Its basically value-hacking 101 but its extremely useful for games without the Open File editability as JPOG does, an example would be Combat Arms for the pc, you can change your ammo, health, armor ect to 99999 easily with a few CE tables and codes. You need to hae good timing and be very familiar with your keyboard.

I used it for my first week of modding OG simply for more Dinos and Money, but i dont use it for much besides my FPS pc games.

It's not Really hacking. It's like Changing Databases. Hacking More is more like to get inside a network without permission.

Quite true.

What's more, you can do this in-game, instead of editing the constant.ini and starting the game, and then changing it to your likings with trial and error. A tedious task, without Cheat Engine, however, I still prefer editing the .ini file and other files/data manually.

No. It's much harder than it seems. I feel very accomplished when I use it successfully.

Yea, a little. But at least I'm not hacking to the best of my abilities, I use CE when I don't feel like tirelessly editing site display and server codes to get what I want. It's just when I need a break.

indeed, you just need persistence and a good (no, great) knowledge of software.

Hacking users personal settings is amazingly hard so I don't bother with it, so no worries.

Working for police at 14, wow! Good job. Very Happy

Shows good moral quality.

Anyway, some computers (such as older pcs) may not work with CE as good, so use at caution if you have an old computer.
